What is the general delivery time?

Our delivery starts at the moment the pre orders are closed, we send out all packages at the same time and then the delivery time will be 1 to 2 days.

When will I receive a track and trace?

As soon as the order has been submitted to PostNL you will receive a track and trace.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible if the order is already being processed.

How do I know my pre-order was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your pre-order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

What should I do if I did not receive a pre-order confirmation?

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us tru our mail or WhatsApp to verify your order status.

Will my pre-order be affected by supply issues or high demand?

While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders, unforeseen supply issues or high demand may impact availability. We will keep you informed of any changes.

How long does it take before I get the money back for the order I returned?

• For returns, you will receive the amount in your account within 10 days after we have received the items.

What is the return period?

• Within 14 days of receipt.
• Return clothing unworn with labels attached with a completed return form. • Return costs are at your own expense.

Can I exchange for a different size?

To receive a different size, you must place a new order and return the other item to us.
